After the third night, Thor Feyaerts and Witse Bertels are still in the lead in the U23 AVS Cup. On Thursday evening, they had collected 50 points.
Italians Davide Stella and Ares Costa have 46 points and follow at 4 points. Nicolas Aernouts and Thibaut Van Damme are third with 43 points.
Dutchman Jan van Schaik took the first points race of the evening. He gathered 41 points, fourteen more than Germany’s Benjamin Boos. Briton Max Hinds was third with 23 points. Thibaut Van Damme was the best in the second points race. With 54 points, he outperformed Witse Bertels (50) and Renzo Raes (42).
Stella and Costa again called the shots in the time trial, which covered 500 metres on the third night. It took the Italians 27,969. Thor Feyaerts and Witse Bertels did it in 28.568, while Germans Bruno Kessler and Benjamin Boos came third in 28.592.
